The following has been stated and agreed:

PREAMBLE

The Seller is the publisher of Products and Services related to photo studio rentals aimed at consumers, marketed via their website (aerochromestudio.com). The list and description of the goods and services offered by the sole trader can be consulted on the aforementioned website.

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products or Services offered by the Seller.

Article 2: General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of Products or Services made through the sole trader’s websites and form an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. They are fully enforceable against the Buyer, who has accepted them before placing an order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on their website. The GTC in force are those applicable at the date of payment of the order.

The Client declares that they have read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, the Specific Terms and Conditions related to a product or service, and accept them without restriction or reservation.

The Client declares that they are legally able to contract under French law or are validly representing the natural or legal person for whom they are acting.

Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the sole trader constitutes proof of all transactions.

Article 3: Prices

The prices of the services offered via the website are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, and are precisely determined on the product description pages.

Rental rates are displayed on our website and may be changed without notice. However, the rates in force at the time of booking remain applicable.

The rates include the use of the studio’s standard equipment. Additional charges may apply for the use of specific equipment or for extra services.

Article 4: Packages

Details of the packages offered by Aerochrome Studio:

1. Hourly rental of the studio and its equipment (backdrops and photo gear).

Dressing room and bathroom available for the entire duration of the service.

Rate: €50 per hour.

2. Half-day rental of the studio and its equipment (backdrops and photo gear).

Dressing room and bathroom available for the entire duration of the service.

Rate: €200 per half-day (4 hours).

3. Daily rental of the studio and its equipment (backdrops and photo gear).

Dressing room and bathroom available for the entire duration of the service.

Rate: €350 per day (from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

4. Studio shooting hour with a professional photographer.

Dressing room and bathroom available for the entire duration of the service.

Rate: €70 per hour.

Article 5: Opening Hours

Aerochrome Studio is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Any service booking must be made within Aerochrome Studio’s opening hours.

Article 6: Use of the Studio

The studio is available for rental according to the time slots agreed upon at the time of booking.

The client is required to use the studio and equipment with care and respect. Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the client.

Aerochrome Studio has a maximum capacity of 6 people; any additional person will be denied access for safety reasons.

The studio must be returned in the condition in which it was found. A cleaning surcharge may be applied in case of significant soiling.

Article 7: Products and Services

The essential characteristics of the goods, services, and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the company’s website, as well as, where applicable, the instructions for use of the product. In accordance with Article L112-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed, by marking, labeling, display or any other appropriate means, of the prices and special conditions of sale and performance of the services before any conclusion of the sales contract. In any case, the total amount due by the Buyer is indicated on the order confirmation page. The sale price of the product is the one in force at the date of the order, and does not include shipping costs, which are charged extra. These possible costs are indicated to the Buyer during the sales process, and in any case at the time of order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to modify their prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order.

Article 8: Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order and within the indicated timeframes. These timeframes do not include the order preparation time.

Article 9: Payment

Payment is required immediately upon ordering. Secure online payment by credit card is made through our payment provider.

Once the payment is initiated by the Client, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with the provisions of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. By providing their bank details during the sale, the Client authorizes the Seller to debit their card for the amount corresponding to the indicated price. The Client confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that they are legally entitled to use it. In case of error, or if it is not possible to debit the card, the Sale is immediately terminated by operation of law and the order is cancelled.

Article 10: Image Rights

The client guarantees that they have all the necessary rights to use and distribute the images taken in the studio.

Aerochrome Studio reserves the right to use images taken on its premises for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Article 11: Warranties

In accordance with the law, the Seller assumes the following warranties: that the services and goods made available conform to the specifications listed on the website aerochromestudio.com.

Article 12: Complaints and Mediation

If necessary, the Buyer may submit any complaint by contacting the sole trader by email at this address: aerochromestudio@outlook.fr.

Article 13: Force Majeure

The fulfillment of the Seller’s obligations under these terms is suspended in the event of an unforeseen circumstance or force majeure that would prevent their fulfillment. The Seller will notify the client of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Article 14: Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code as well as Article L. 221-28, for the sale of a service, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Article 15: Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Seller implements a personal data processing system for the purpose of selling and delivering the products and services defined in this contract.
